FAQs for VENDORS-
Q) Is there a board to put out for hunters?
A) Yes check past notices or come to the ErotiXXX Mall to grab one for yourself.
Q) How will this hunt work?
A) We have a starting point for the Falling In Love Hunt BEGIN HERE . Hunters will to to the starting point to grab the necessary vendor list, join the subscribe-o-matic if they choose to receive updates and visit the blog for more information. Once hunters have their lists they will visit all the shops to collect their gold coins full of excellent freebies from each of our vendors.
Q) Whats the vendor board do?
A) It contains a custom script to Give out the Application Notecard. Once all slots are filled you will receive a new board to place at your landing point with info for the hunters.
Q) What if more then 150 people apply?
A) If more than 150 vendors apply we will put any overflows on a waitlist. If we get enough requests we might expand to allow for more but that will be a management decision if and when we are faced with it.
Q) When will hunt objects be delivered?

Q) When should my Hunt Object be placed?

Q) But I wont be around on those days to place it what can I do?
A) You have three options: 1) place it early; 2) have a friend/manager p[ace the object or 3) we can place your object for you if you provide us with it ahead of time.
Q) I will not be able to participate in the hunt but have been accepted and received my vendor kit what do I do?
A) FIll out the Drop Out Form. You can find it here: ErotiXXX Gestures Name it “DROP OUT Form + Store Name”
Q) I need to change the LM to my shop how can I do that?
A) Grab the new LM and put it onto a Notecard and Label the card “New LM for(your store name)” Send this notecard to Nykeria Noel prior to the deadline for LM changes.

Q) What if i have a problem who do I contact?
A) Nykeria Noel or Monique Rosetta
Q) I have been dealing with a very rude person, what can I do?
A) First, try to work it out. Next if talking logically and politely does not work, drop a notecard to Nykeria Noel or Monique Rosetta with ALL information needed to deal with the situation.
Q) My question wasn’t answered here, who do I ask?
A) Send ALL Questions Via Notecards to Nykeria Noel. Due to this being a big hunt, IMs get capped, so it is very important that you send a notecard labeled appropriately addressing the question. Since most notes are new applicants, it is best to lable your notecard “QUESTION + Name + Store Name + Date” to ensure your notecard is answered in a timely fashion.
Q) OH NO! I lost my hunt board, what do I do!
A) First, dont panic! Second, visit the starting point ErotiXXX Gestures to buy a new board for L$0. 🙂
Q) I lost some forms…where can I get extras?
A) A “forms box” is available at the starting point of the hunt ErotiXXX Gestures come by anytime and grab one.
Q) Will the Falling In Love Hunt board have the LM and the Info needed for hunters group?
A) YES it is for anyone interested in the Falling In Love Hunt. When it is touched, it will tell the hunters which group to join, and for vendors it will give them application instructions and group info if they want to apply.
Q) Will we be numbered?
A) Yes you will. Sponsors will hold the top ten slots and have pages dedicated to their stores housed on the blog, all other stores will be listed by the numbers you are assigned. Stores are assigned numbers as soon as we get your application- even before approval as we want numbers to reflect first come first served. Therefore a final numbers list will go out days before the hunt is to begin.
Q) How will I know the number for my store?
A) There WILL be a notecard sent out on the date provided in the vendor information notecard. Each person is assigned a number based on order of application received. Once you have your number, YOU STAY that number.
Q) Eeeeek! My name is not on the list! I received my vendor kit, what happened?
A) if your name is not on the vendor list and you received an invite to participate your application may have gotten mixed up in the sea of applications. First Don’t Panic! Second, send a notecard to Nykeria Noel to let her know your not on the list. The situation will be remedied as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Q) Any last minute tips?
A) YES! We suggest you place the board out as soon as you get it to bring awareness to the Falling In Love Hunt and start pulling in traffic to your store immediately. We also suggest you keep your eyes on the blog and make sure you are up to date on any and all changes/updates during the Falling In Love Hunt application and implimentation process.
